Job Description

Required Operations Executive immediately for Dubai (UEA). Any Graduate Male (21 - 30) with 0-2yrs experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Management:

Reviewing existing processes identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.

  • Resource Coordination:

Allocating resources effectively including manpower materials and time to ensure optimal performance and meet production targets.

  • Team Leadership:

Leading and motivating a team of BPO professionals providing guidance and fostering a positive work environment.

  • Performance Monitoring:

Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress identify areas for improvement and ensure goals are met.

  • Compliance:

Ensuring that operations comply with relevant laws regulations and company policies.

  • Reporting and Analysis:

Preparing reports on operational performance identifying trends and providing data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.

  • Vendor and Partner Management:

Building and maintaining relationships with vendors and partners negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of services.

  • Skills and Qualities:
  1. Languages: HINDI & ENGLISH(Mandatory) TELUGU / KANNADA / TAMIL / MALAYALAM (Added preference).
  2. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Identifying and resolving operational challenges and suggesting improvements.
  4. Organizational and Time-Management Skills: Managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  5. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Communicating effectively with team members clients and other departments.
  6. Leadership and Team Management Skills: Motivating and guiding a team to achieve operational goals.
  7. Proficiency in Business Operations and Project Management Tools: Using tools to track performance manage projects and improve processes.
  8. Knowledge of BPO processes and best practices: Understanding the nuances of BPO operations and how to optimize them.
