Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Junior / Site Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multistorey building construction and the ability to ensure projects are executed smoothly on time and within quality standards.


Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings.
  • Coordinate with contractors subcontractors and laborers to maintain project schedules.
  • Monitor and enforce quality control and safety standards on-site.
  • Prepare site reports documentation and progress updates.
  • Collaborate with architects consultants and design teams to resolve site-related issues.

Qualifications:

  • Degree/Diploma in Civil / Electrical Engineering.
  • 2-4 years of experience in multistorey building construction.
  • Proficiency in interpreting drawings and specifications.
  • Strong communication leadership and problem-solving skills.
