Job Overview
We are seeking a Sales Engineer Wellhead Control Panels & Chemical Injection Skids to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. This role will focus on driving business growth across the Middle East with a strong emphasis on Saudi Arabia and Kuwait markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and achieve defined sales targets.

  • Build and sustain strong relationships with EPC contractors consultants end-users and major oil & gas operators.

  • Identify qualify and secure new opportunities for WHCPs and CI Skids.

  • Deliver clear technical presentations and proposals to customers.

  • Collaborate with proposals and engineering teams to develop commercial offers and resolve technical queries.

  • Lead client meetings pre-bid discussions and contract negotiations.

  • Track market trends competitors and emerging technologies to shape business strategy.

  • Represent Avanceon at industry exhibitions seminars and trade shows.

  • Ensure awarded projects meet targets with clean orders strong terms and healthy margins.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical Electrical Instrumentation or related engineering field.

  • 4 years of sales/business development experience in the oil & gas equipment sector.

  • In-depth knowledge of Wellhead Control Panels (WHCPs) and Chemical Injection Skids (CI Skids).

  • Proven sales experience and client connections in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait (Aramco ADNOC PDO QE/QG Shell Total etc.).

  • Strong familiarity with tendering processes procurement cycles and EPC workflows.

  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools proposal software and MS Office.

  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
