IIQAF (International Institute for Quality and Accreditation in Finance) is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our growing organization.
As the Administrative Assistant you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to our team and ensuring our operations run smoothly. From managing schedules and coordinating events to handling correspondence and maintaining records your contribution will be invaluable to the success of IIQAF.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Directors calendar and schedule appointments meetings and travel arrangements
- Assist with the coordination and planning of events conferences and workshops
- Handle general office tasks such as answering phone calls responding to emails and maintaining supplies
- Prepare and edit documents reports and presentations
- Assist with the preparation and dissemination of marketing materials
- Maintain and update databases and records
- Process and file expense reports and invoices
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including staff clients and vendors
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant virtual assistant or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with database management
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in the finance industry is a plus
