Job Overview:

GluCare Integrated Diabetes Center is looking for a friendly serviceoriented Barista to join our patient hospitality team. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beveragesincluding coffee tea smoothies and soft drinksto patients and guests ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment aligned with our integrated care experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages including specialty coffees herbal teas smoothies and sugarfree drinks.
• Ensure beverage offerings are aligned with GluCares patient dietary guidelines with a focus on diabetesfriendly options.
• Greet patients and visitors in a courteous warm and professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the beverage preparation area at all times.
• Monitor inventory and request restocking of ingredients and supplies as needed.
• Support patient events wellness sessions and educational workshops with beverage service when required.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations as per Dubai Municipality and internal clinic policies.
• Maintain and operate beverage equipment such as espresso machines blenders and refrigeration units.
• Provide feedback or suggestions to enhance the patient caf experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent; barista training or certification is a plus.

• 12 years of experience as a barista or in a hospitality role preferably in a healthcare wellness or boutique setting.

• Knowledge of food safety cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Ability to prepare a range of beverages including diabeticfriendly and wellnessfocused drinks.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Friendly patientfocused attitude with attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of dietary needs for people with diabetes is a plus.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
