Head of International Infrastructure

Archer is an aerospace company based in San Jose California building an allelectric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft with a mission to advance the benefits of sustainable air mobility. What Youll Do:

Join Archer as the Head of International Infrastructure to lead the deployment of vertiports across a diverse range of global markets. In this critical role you will oversee all aspects of international vertiport developmentfrom initial network planning to site construction & electrification enabling Archers International launch vision. Beyond new market expansion youll also drive localization of our infrastructure requirements with inmarket partners including but not limited to vertiport design air space integration and electrification. Reporting to the Chief Infrastructure Officer youll deliver strategic planning executivelevel reporting and coordination with local stakeholders to enable worldclass vertiport networks. • Provide infrastructure support for all our international Launch Edition customers including but not limited to airport integrations regulatory certification and localizing of our standard infrastructure requirements
• Lead and analyze a portfolio of future vertiport transactions to create appropriate deal structures across various international markets
• Product Manage with internal and external stakeholders stakeholders the evolution of the vertiport products across various international markets on time on budget and with superior quality
• Project Manage with internal and external stakeholders stakeholders the initial infrastructure required to support testing certification and initial commercial operations across our International Launch Markets
• Create a local ecosystem of infrastructure partners across our International Launch markets including real estate construction and electrification
• Create executivelevel reporting and executive engagement at HQ to ensure that our international vertiport portfolio aligns with the current brand vision
• Facilitate and coordinate all phases of real estate deals collaborating with crossfunctional teams and engaging with internal and external stakeholders
• Implement and refine infrastructure processes to ensure worldclass execution standards
• Build and maintain a network of industry experts to gain insights on trends and opportunities

What You Need:

• 10 years of experience in real estate development construction management facilities management in the aviation industry
• Ability to travel to various international markets
• Strong financial modeling skills
• Confidence in presenting to executive management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Proficiency in schedule management tools financial modeling software and Google Workspace
