What are we looking for
ACommis III serving our InHouse Team Dining Restaurant is always working on behalf of our team members and management and should have the following:
- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques.
- Understanding of food hygiene and safety practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team and follow instructions.
- Positive attitude willingness to learn and attention to cleanliness.
- Previous experience in a kitchen or staff cafeteria setting is an advantage but not essential.

As a Commis III in our InHouse Team Dining Restaurant you will assist in the preparation and basic cooking of daily staff meals ensuring quality hygiene and timely service for all team members. Youll support the kitchen team by performing routine tasks maintaining cleanliness and following food safety procedures.
As a Commis III InHouse Team Dining your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the preparation of ingredients for daily staff meals as per instructions from senior chefs.
- Performing basic cooking and food preparation tasks under supervision.
- Ensuring that the team dining area and kitchen stations are kept clean organized and compliant with hygiene standards.
- Supporting the kitchen brigade by completing assigned duties in a timely and efficient manner.
- Practicing proper food handling storage and labeling procedures at all times.
- Assisting in cleaning kitchen equipment and utensils after use.
- Following all health safety and hygiene regulations as per hotel and local authority guidelines.
- Contributing to a positive and cooperative working environment within the kitchen team.
