Job Description
We are seeking a detailoriented and efficient Purchaser to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a Purchaser you will play a crucial role in our organizations procurement process ensuring costeffective and timely acquisition of goods and services while maintaining quality standards.
- Develop and implement purchasing strategies to optimize cost savings and improve efficiency
- Analyze market trends supplier performance and pricing to make informed purchasing decisions
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions
- Manage the entire procurement cycle from requisition to delivery and payment
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and fulfill their purchasing requirements
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all purchasing activities and transactions
- Ensure compliance with company policies international trade regulations and customs procedures
- Conduct regular supplier evaluations and maintain strong relationships with key vendors
- Prepare and analyze procurement reports to support decisionmaking processes
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in procurement and supply chain management
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or related field
- Minimum 35 years of experience in purchasing or procurement roles
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to secure favorable terms with suppliers
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
- Experience in supply chain management and international trade
- Knowledge of market trends pricing strategies and quality control processes
- Familiarity with international trade regulations and customs procedures
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Professional certification (e.g. CPSM CPM) preferred
