Senior Product Manager

• Be both tactically and strategically focused (be a product owner and a product manager)
• Own the vision and be the expert for your product roadmap for your product/service
• Be a leader in championing for your product across all stakeholders internal and external including city teams, marketing and other line of businesses like ride hailing, food, order anything.
• Possess customer empathy and curiosity mindset - defining customer value propositions based on personas (design thinking approach)
• Understand the money movement business/strategic cases for the product in order to prioritize epics, stories and define minimal viable product (MVP)
• Define, prioritize and groom the product backlog, create actionable user stories and epics that are clearly visible for co-located development teams (technical lead/engineering manager)
• Perform A/B testing working with data scientist(s) to validate and iterate product increments to demonstrate customer and business value.
• Be both data-driven to solve large problems that have meaningful impact and improvement on millions of people’s daily lives. Requirements
• Strong understanding of payments domain and payments industry
• Hands on experience in leading mobile wallet and supporting payment operations.
• 5 years of experience creating strategic product roadmap(s) from concept to launch working with cross-functional teams
• Experience with Lean and Agile processes using Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence)
• Demonstrated ability to use data for analyzing, reporting and efficiently responding to data in order to make informed product decisions.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
• Design thinking experience and mobility background is a plus but not a requirement What do we offer you?
