You will be updated with latest job alerts via email• Work closely with the Head of Rewards and wider leadership team in the design and implementation of Careem total reward programs and initiatives, and ensure appropriate local implementation in the context of global guidelines
• Maintain a good pulse on market data and drive fit for purpose compensation structures to ensure competitiveness in alignment with our reward philosophy
• Participate in the design and implementation of variable pay schemes, including ESOP and the administration of equity programs
• Design and implement global benefits programs by assessing Careem’s needs, reviewing industry practices, and analyzing cost impact/effectiveness
• Participate in the implementation of performance management framework, and manage the pay review process across the organization
• Design and develop training, education and communication materials for the implementation of global/ local reward programs
• Work closely with business finance team to design and implement workforce planning process for the organization
