Job Description
• Collaborate with internal teams to map out research objectives and presentations for a B-T-B audience.
• Involved in studies such as customer decision journey, brand positioning, path to purchase studies, etc...
• Responsible for using primary and secondary marketing research and recommend solutions that will improve customer experience.
• Aggregate data, create content of results and share with key client stakeholders.
• Provide trends, insights and actionable strategies to help shape business decisions and achieve key marketing goals.
