Job Description
- Reporting directly to the Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for conducting business development and managing key accounts of the business.
- This role will not be involved in delivering the recruitment requirements of the clients but rather, your function will be more focused on business development, sales management and key account management.
- You will also be responsible in managing a team of Inbound Sales Representatives.
- strong familiarity in recruitment process have worked in recruitment agency -
- either in the UAE or abroad
- interested more in doing business development/ key account management rather than doing recruitment delivery target driven and self motivated
