Technical Assistant

Test performance; record test procedures and results. Install, program and repair controllers, tools, conveyors. Inspect installation sites; train operators on robotics usage. Development of computer software and/or path programming.

Event Support: Accompany the robot when being rented out during events, Monitoring performance and safeguard it.

Maintain and manage the premises and robots in good condition. Clean premises and offer refreshment to the clients. Support logistics and delivery of robots.

Monitor the performance of robots, and IT infrastructures. Ensures that internal IT structure of the enterprise remains up-to-date. Administrators avert possible cyber-attacks for greater productivity as per company policies and procedures. Manage all servers, network equipment, and other related IT infrastructure.

Respond to support queries, on call, chat, email, and walk-in, in a timely and accurate way, by either answering the questions or passing it to the appropriate support staff, to ensure customer support. Manage the Customer enquiries, and technical tickets, allocating tickets to the respective team, responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.

Keep updated on advancements in robotics and relevant fields of engineering.

Participate and take active role as advised by management in Robotic events by the company like Robo CAMP, Robotics Championships, Robotic Internships, Events, Exhibitions, and Expo.

Requirements

Degree, especially in Mechatronics, Robotics Engineering, Computer Science, or similar field.

Total 2 years of experience, from with minimum 2 years in Robotics.

Exceptional computer skills, HTML, JAVA, IT Hardware, including Microsoft Office and databases. Expertise working with, Zoho Finance, Zoho CRM Plus, writing proposal and presentations.

Consistent, accurate, and thorough with an eye for details.

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with good phone and email etiquette

Able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment, provide timely reports, and feedback.

The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
