Job Description
We are looking candidates for the position of âSAP CRM Functional Consultant â Govt. Entity @ Dubai
Job Description:
- Module Expertise in CRM Service, well versed in base customizing and WEBUI configuration.
- Very good understanding of SAP CRM One Order framework. Mapping the Business Process with SAP CRM, Configuring the SAP CRM system according to the customer requirement.
- Hand on knowledge in CRM middleware configuration and trouble shooting
- Experienced in Master Data configuration for corresponding to CRM objects
- Should have hands on experience in Action Profile, Transaction Launchers, partner Determination and CRM Surveys.
- Design and implement Best Practice SAP CRM solutions appropriate to Customer requirements and standards.
- Candidate must have good Interpersonal skills, analytical skills, Problem solving skills and technical documentation skills.
- Independently be able to work on project requirements in his/her specific work streams with quality deliverables.
