• Develop, implement, and maintain data governance frameworks and data quality standards.
• Conduct data quality assessments to identify discrepancies, inaccuracies, and issues in data sets.
• Collaborate with data management teams to design and implement data quality improvement initiatives.
• Monitor data quality metrics and provide regular reports to management and stakeholders.
• Work with Salesforce CRM data, ensuring data integrity and consistency within the system.
• Facilitate data quality training sessions for staff and stakeholders to promote awareness and adherence to data governance policies.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement to enhance data quality efforts.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data governance and quality management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data quality analysis, data governance, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of data quality frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience working with Salesforce CRM and understanding of CRM data structures.
• Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL and data visualization tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
