Job Description
As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for the coordination and preparation of the mise-en-place of the section. You will assist in the preparation of the menu, and ordering of the items required for the implementation of the menu.
You will also ensure the freshness and aptness of the items required as per the recipe, as well as the timeliness of the delivery of the items for preparation by coordinating with other departments/sections of the Kitchen.
