Job Description
First point of contact for C&H/Food for M&S MENA business any system related queries
• Support all 3PL’s for timely Inbound and outbound Processes
• Accountable to ensure all articles, Purchase orders, Delivery documents and Invoices created in SAP for MENA, HK, SING & MY
• UAT: Accountable for any new initiative system set up testing
• Promotion Configuration: Configure Rpro promotion for C&H and Food.
• Aging Stock: Support buying team in extracting Aged stock and summarizing the stock status
• Ecom Pricing and Sale Management Accountable to ensure Ecom Full prices & Sale Prices are shared with UK
• Support business on any adhoc system issues
