Job Description
- Collect and review purchase request forms from all departments for sourcing their requirements
- Ensure obtaining the best quotations
- Negotiate prices as well as payment terms with suppliers
- Search for new potential suppliers
- Create and maintain an updated purchasing plan
- Monitor suppliers on delivery of goods
- Make sure physical stock count is done on the set frequency
- Respond to queries raised on the PRFs
