- Takes ownership of medium-to-large estimates and is accountable for that specific work scope.
- Conduct detailed analysis of contract documents.
- Providing a detailed breakdown of tenders indicating expected profits
- Ability to understand scopes and communicates gaps.
- Reviews bids and perform bid evaluation and select the best pricing.
- Recognizes risks related to the project.
