Job Description
As a OPD Supervisor you will participate in the planning, creation, organization and introduction of new OPD Clinics. Implement all protocols, hygiene procedures, sterilization criteria and supervise the team.
- Supervise the employees in the Medical Report Section, Registration, Appointment Section and all OPD Receptionists.
- Controls, directs and leads the patient with policies, procedures, and activities to meet the hospitals criteria.
- Protect the organizations patient relationship and public reputation.
- Monitor and review performance improvement activities in nursing functions
- Ensuring that all staff using medical devices are qualified and trained.
