Job Description
1.Organize the daily workload for all outbound shipments to meet Customer request, promise, and delivery dates, ensuring Logistics regulations and procedures are followed
2.Coordination between warehouse and customers for all material movements
3.Responsible to prepare dispatch documents are sent for legalization where required
4.Knowledge of handling overseas shipments and related port and customs procedures
5.Ensuring labeling of materials are compliant
6.Request for conformity certificates like Saber/KUCAS/SONCAP and Shipment release permits like CITC/CMC as required
