• Act on any quality issues seen anywhere in the kitchen from receiving to sending food orders
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the department such as new menu ideas, food tasting, etc
• Supervise Commis and report any accidents immediately to Kitchen Manager
• Liaise with Procurement team on stocks control, supplies and samples
