• Managing cash flow of the underlying investments and closely monitoring the bu that have several prominent investments across the MENA region budget
• Maintaining relationship with banks and liaising for all company related matters
• Maintaining accurate day to day financial records
• Preparing reports to include budget variance, AR, AP and cash flow statements • Providing solutions for correcting budgetary variances
• Ensuring accurate recording of the family office operations
• Liaising with auditors for annual and periodical controls
• Reviewing feasibility studies and suggesting recommendations
• Supervising the arrangements of board meetings with the Chairman and external stakeholders
• Conduct feasibility studies and assist the group on new asset acquisitions • Liaising with the legal team to .assist with all legal matters The Successful Applicant
