• Responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with the company’s international's corporate strategies and brand standards
• Responsible to function as the Assistant Business Manager and Assistant Marketing Specialist for the Food and Beverage Department
• Ensure that all the outlets and banquets operate successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel and are individually profitable
Requirements
Qualifications:
• 40 years old and below
• University degree or Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management
• At least 2 years of work experience as an F&B Asst. Director or Senior Restaurant Manager preferably in a larger operation
• Must have good operational and administrative skills
• Banqueting experience is a plus
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
