Facilitates timely and appropriate grievance reviews. Refers complex grievances to a higher level.
Records customer service issues, concerns and status, produces accurate summary of various customer feedback reports on a regular basis.
Follows current organizational policies/ procedures and state/ federal regulations with respect to the investigation and resolution of patient grievances. Performs process analys is and improvement functions as needed.
