Job Description : Relationship Manager (Corporate & Institutions)
Location : Dubai, UAE
Salary : AED 6000-8000
Have in depth knowledge of investment products, manage institutional relationship and HNW client relationship in local market, GCC, India. Knowledge about UAE labour law, recruitment processes etc.
- Onboard new team members for business development, train them and maintain relationships for new and existing business.
- Onboard new investment clients, propose investment solutions and maintain relationship
- Maintain client investment portfolios, update them on an ongoing basis.
- Join institutional meetings, attend investment product and process training.
- Onboarding new individual & institutional clients for career services and maintain good rapport with the existing ones .
- Develop business & Partnering with other recruitment associates for Career related services in UAE, GCC, European and Asian markets.
Qualifications & Skill Sets Required:
- Bachelors Degree (commerce) / MBA(Finance) or equivalent with 2-4 years of experience in relationship management with corporates and HNWI.
- Female candidates available on husband visa / or personal sponsorship visa .
- Desirable candidate should be in the age group of 25 -40 years
- Excellent Communication skills with basic understanding of Arabic language will be an added advantage.
- Candidate with Valid UAE Driving License preferable.
- Excellent in MS Office Skills with well versed in excel, word, PPT and other office application systems
- High level of Organizational skills,Go getter and pleasing personality.
- Focussed , result oriented, Willingness to learn with eye to detail.
- Academic and having research mindset in finance sector
Job requirements:
Attend meetings and trainings with institutions (Global & Swiss Banks and FI) & regularly meet clients and relationship teams.
Manage records of the client and team’s investment portfolios
Prepare and communicate investment proposals and presentations
Liaise with clients and customers for regular business requirements
Coordinate among team and assistance to business heads
Remuneration:
Fixed Salary & other benefits as per UAE Labour Laws . Additionally eligible for performance based incentives/bonus.
