Job Description:
• Responsible for Sourcing, handling and coordinating with venues and suppliers for any requirements
• Creating events execution plan and marketing plan for the event
• Coordinating with internal team to create collaterals for the event
• Inviting and confirming attendees and reviewing documents for awards related events
• Mounting and executing event and monitoring set up
• Coordinating with internal team for script and other content requirement
• Budget planning, requisition and disbursement and creating report including survey and feedback form
