Job Description
Responsibility
- Senior manager has the responsible for planning and directing the work of a group of individuals.
- Senior manager monitor their work and takes corrective actions Senior managers guide workers directly or they direct several supervisors.
- He/ she has to providing guidance to direct reports ,Line managers and supervisors
- He/ she has to make sure the clarity around priorities, responsibilities and target for the entire functional area.
- Approving requests for investment to a certain level of authority
- Managing & maintaining financial budgeting for the function
- Approving hiring and firing requests within the organization
- Guiding the talent identification and development processes
- Working with senior management for strategy development and plan execution.
