Work closely with the Head of Rewards and wider leadership team in the design and implementation of Careem total reward programs and initiatives, and ensure appropriate local implementation in the context of global guidelines.
Maintain a good pulse on market data and drive fit for purpose compensation structures to ensure competitiveness in alignment with our reward philosophy.
Participate in the design and implementation of variable pay schemes, including ESOP and the administration of equity programs.
Continuously evaluating and monitoring the effectiveness of existing compensation and benefit programs, ensuring they are fit for purpose, market competitive, cost effective, and aligned with Careem’s strategy and Rewards philosophy.Requirements
5+ years working experience in Rewards related functions, and preferably with exposure to complex, international corporations.
Advanced knowledge of fixed and variable pay practices
Working experience,knowledge in equity plan management,administration is an advantage
Proven excellent analytical skills, process oriented and a logical thinker with a strong attention to detail.
