The ideal candidate should be very creative and organised as this role will involve supporting the entire event process from conceptual stage to execution. Main responsibilities of the role will include creating and presenting detailed project proposals, meeting clients and overseeing the set up and onsite coordination of the event. Due to the roles requirements, experience in providing administrative support and a demonstrated history of creating and maintaining positive client partnerships would be highly advantageous.
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate should be fluent in English, with a minimum of 2-4 years’ relevant agency experience, a hospitality background would also be considered. You should be confident, creative, adaptable and capable of working under your own initiative while also being able to work well as part of a team. Due to the requirements of the role, a UAE driver’s license and own car are a must as some travel may be required from time to time.
A bachelor’s Degree is essential and in a relevant field would be preferred. If shortlisted for this role you will be required to submit a work portfolio.
