Job Description:
? Prepare ingredients as per menu and cooking basic dishes as assigned in a fast phase daily setting
? Prepare daily mis-en-place and food production in different sections of the kitchen
? Measure and mix ingredients according to established recipe cards and methods
? Participate in ensuring that the work section is kept clean and in orderly fashion
? Report inventory to the head chef every end of shift

Requirements

Qualifications:
? Open to Southeast Asian nationals living in the UAE
? Male/Female, 45 years old and below
? Minimum 3 years of experience on the same role, preferably having experience in a high-end/stand-alone restaurant
? Immediate joiners will be prioritized
