Senior Host/ Hostess

? Ensure that best-in-class hospitality is provided in welcoming incoming guests in the lobby.
? Identify Wait and No-wait status of venue
? Find out the occasion and or special occasions, then pass the information on to the Manager on Duty so staff can create a moment that matters
? Ensure clear communication with the bay planner to ensure guests are receive at accurate wait time quoted
? Work across all stations in the lobby if needed as they assume responsibility for a smooth guest journey from the Welcome at the door, through to handing over a guest to a Bay Host in the bay

Requirements

Position Title: Senior Host/ Hostess
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 5.5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
