*The primary focus of a Business Development Consultant is to generate demand for Oracle solutions and services through a mix of inbound calls and outbound prospecting within an assigned territory or vertical
As a Telesales Business Development Representative you will act as the first contact for many prospects in Oracle business with inbound telemarketing calls. Qualifies Oracle prospects and produce quality leads for the Oracle Sales Force. Performs database and record keeping activities.
Ability to demonstrate time management, telesales skills and knowledge of Oracle products and services (training provided). Goal oriented individual with superior communication skills. Ability to complete individual goals as well as work in a team environment. Demonstrated ability to communicate using technical concepts. Working knowledge of Oracle products preferred. Desire for a long-term career in sales preferred. Two years relevant business experience preferred.

Business Development Group - Rep Productivity Specialist
The Business Development Group (BDG) is Oracle’s digital demand generation team, working closely with internal sales and marketing leaders to develop incremental pipeline for Oracle’s Cloud business. This exciting opportunity is focused on demand generation for Oracle's Applications range of Solutions for the EMEA region .
You are an accomplished IT professional with a passion for coaching, mentoring and training. You will partner with Business Development leadership to support local teams working with the BDCs to enhance business development execution and ensure BDCs are more productive. You will support the new hires making them productive faster and set up to be high performers. This position requires an individual that is results oriented.
Responsibilities
• After the onboarding process to support and train new hires to meet and exceed productivity and training requirements
• Partner with Business Development leadership to ensure BDCs are set up for success to meet and exceed targets
• Assess performance of local teams to prioritize focus areas and establish plans to succeed
• Guide Business Development Consultants to succeed, putting emphasis on productivity
• Providing guidance around Demand Generation processes, tools, resources, customer stories and best practices creating a center of excellence
• Participate in building and delivering customer facing content
• Continually work on evolving the delivery of training requirements relating to productivity and performance in all regions.
Required Skills:
• Minimum of 5 years delivering sales results in a quota carrying role
• Strong, detailed knowledge of software sales cycles and demand generation process
• Must have 2nd business fluent language minimum
• Firsthand experience with sales process methodologies
• Proven track record of working with all levels of Business development consultants and front-line managers
• Fundamental belief and support of necessary processes for data capture and business transparency
• Excellent presentation and delivery skills with demonstrated acumen in adapting content by persona
• Excellent oral and written communications skills with a flair for story telling
• Clearly demonstrated organizational and time management skills
