• Calculate and monitor inventory variances based on the physical stock and system stock quantities
• Suggest and recommend appropriate course of action for controlling all costs, including packaging costs and minimizing wastages
• Ensure all recipes and food production achieve the targeted yields through effective menu costing and planning
• Coordinate with the production team to implement requisite controls, policies, and procedures
• Prepare and share daily reports to Corporate Finance Team with respect to F&B sales and costs
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to Indian, Filipino, and Pakistani nationals
• Male, 27 to 35 years old
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the same role
• Experience in food services, F&B cost control, and menu management in group of restaurants is a must
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
