1.Excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills.
2.In depth knowledge on various processes – Forging, casting, Fabrication, Machining ….
3.Good Knowledge on Vendor base
4.Qualify Vendors based on Resource Availability, Capability, Financial strength, and Customer
base.
5.Vendor Audit to ensure Process Conformance,
6.Good in Negotiation and finalising cost based on set targets,
7.Work with existing vendors to Improve process capability and reduce cost.
8.Good Communication and Decision-making skills.
9.Consolidate vendors based on the process and work on reducing number of vendors.
10.Basic knowledge in Electrical components sourcing
