Creative Designer

We are currently looking to hire a Creative Designer for a well funded Fintech Startup based in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

• Create innovative digital designs used throughout all social media posts and ads going across all channels.
• Deliver unique digital design ideas and perspectives to the creation and brainstorming process during team meetings
• Design packages for new product launches and lead design review processes based on brand management requirements.
• Stay up to date with global design trends, create mood boards, and lead visual design aspects of upcoming marketing campaigns
• Reflect the desired theme and tone of YAP by creating illustrations, pictures, graphics, and designs.
• Ensure that final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and in line with brand guidelines
• Must have client-side experience
• Needs to have min. 5 – 8 yrs of experience
• University degree and relevant creative experience – ideally from a digital product (mobile app)

Requirements

Ideal candidate for this role will have the following:

• Bachelor Degree/ Diploma in Multimedia or Animation and Graphics Design.
• Strong Experience in Prototype design & Adobe XD.
• 5+ years graphic designing experience
• Knowledgeable in Adobe Flash Professional, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator,
• Adobe In design, CorelDraw, Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects.
• Creating interactive or animated graphics and videos using a variety to tools, like Flash,
• Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and good to have exposure in tools like
• Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas
