Negotiate, review & draft a broad range of commercial agreements, including supply, sales, marketing, distributor & sales agent agreements, OEM, licensing & procurement agreements.
Review customer contract terms and conditions and make necessary amendments to align them with the company s Terms of Sale.
Participate as a key member of the negotiating team in contract discussions with customers and suppliers.
Support the Sales Team in bidding processes especially at complex public bidding procedures.
Obtain necessary approvals according to the Schedule of Executive Approvals and the Global Approval Process for deviations to the company s Standard Conditions of Sale.
Facilitate implementation of and monitor the Honeywell standard booking process.
Develop and improve on other contracting processes as required.
