Application Support Specialist

Managing the portfolio of application systems software:

• L1/L2 of Business Applications (Opera, Simphony, Spasoft, Club On, PacSoft)

• Speedy resolution of the day to day issues pertaining to business applications

• Monitoring of systems to maintain the committed Systems Uptime

• Ensure adherence to business processes via regular checks

Minimum 3 years of hospitality experience in a 5-star hotel.

Mandatory Application knowledge: Opera PMS, Simphony

Candidate should possess a degree or diploma in computer applications and relevant IT certification. Should have knowledge in network standards, web applications, software and hardware
