Our client, a newly established financial services firm based in Dubai, is currently looking for a Social Media and Community Manager. In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Ideate on Social Media Campaigns for the various platforms
- Curate relevant content to reach the audience most likely to buy.
- Oversee design (i.e.: Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, and blog etc.).
- Write editorial content when needed, or oversee content writing.
- Monitor, listen and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
- Develop and expand community and/or blogger outreach efforts.
- Develop ways to generate ideas to increase customer engagement and understanding.
- Manage Social Media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities.
- Manage team responses on Social Media to ensure customer engagement on all platforms.
- Benchmark and analyze Social Media Campaigns and increase engagement based on analysis, metrics and understanding.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:
- Have a Bachelor degree in Marketing, having additional certification or master degree in marketing is a plus
- Have 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably at a consumer facing startup.
- Adept at usage of Social Media platforms, word press, SEO, blogging platforms, social listening platforms, and analytics tools.
- Knowledge of running campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Quora as well as keeping abreast of new platforms.
- Demonstrate ability to map out social media marketing strategy and then drive that strategy proven by testing and metrics.
