PMO Analyst

• Regular and ad-hoc portfolio reporting, Tech Investment reporting, project status reporting.

• Implementation of a single PMO solution which ideally encompasses product and project management, end to end from demand management through to benefits realisation.

• Implementation of a single capacity management solution.

• Tech costs and revenue tracking and forecasting.

• Project management templates and playbooks.

• Admin / super user of PMO tools.

Requirements

• PMO and project management skills.

• Strong knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Testrail, MS Projects, and other similar project management tooling.

• Working experience of agile and waterfall methodologies.

• Excellent MS Excel skills.

• Strong MS Powerpoint and Power BI skills.

• Organisation, communication, co-odination, and analytic skills
