Job Description
- Assist the sales department in Sales & Rent transactions.
- Follow up with the Sales Team.
- Organize and maintain filing systems for the management.
- Assist the customers on their requirements, understand their needs and also their feedback.
- Maintain leads and availability database and update on the online portals.
- A property coordinator will essentially maintain various properties for various owners. The coordinator may beresponsible for finding tenants to fill the homes or apartments, and ensuring the buildings are maintained, repaired, and within compliance of local codes.
