- Luxury and tranquility in an authentic setting await our Guests at a Willow Stream Spa As a Spa Therapist our guests will enjoy the professional and personalized spa experience you offer The expertise and attention to detail you provide during their treatment will ensure our guests have a memory to share and to remember br Hotel Overview br Fairmont The Palm is a luxury world-class resort located on the iconic Palm Jumeirah Island in Dubai The hotel features 391 guest rooms and suites with dedicated Fairmont Gold rooms and lounge A total of 11 food and beverage outlets on property offer international dining options including Little Miss India Frevo - Brazilian Churrasco experience Seagrill Bistro Ba Restaurant and Lounge Blowfish Flow Kitchen The Cigar Room Vuvuzela and others Fairmont The Palm also features an expansive pool and beach area with a health club Willow Stream Spa and the Fairmont Falcons Kids Club br KEY ROLES amp RESPONSIBILITIES br Consistently offer professional friendly and engaging service br Perform massage and treatments while maintaining the clients comfort at all times br Provide aesthetics services such as facials and nails as required br Ensure individualized guest service through acknowledging and responding to their needs and expectation br Maintain a clean and neat work environment at all times ensuring all equipment is in safe working order br Actively participate in other areas of the Spa Operation such as body treatments product knowledge and retail sales br Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way br
- Follow departmental policies and procedures br Follow all safety and sanitation policies br Other duties as assigned br PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES amp REQUIREMENTS br Certification from an accredited school of Massage and Aesthetics required br All professional licenses are to be current br CPR and First Aid certification preferred br Excellent communication and organizational skills br Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities br Highly responsible amp reliable br Ability to focus attention on guest needs remaining calm and courteous at all times
