Retail Executive

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSProven working experience in retail or sales Basic PC knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment (e.g. cash register, scanners, money counters etc[U1] ) Strong communication and time management skills Customer satisfaction-oriented Attention to detail and mathematical skills. Sales skills High school degree Honest and responsible.KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY1. Scan goods and collect payments. 2. Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets. 3. Redeem stamps and coupons. 4. Make sales referrals, cross-sell products and introduce new ones. 5. Resolve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information. 6. Greet customers when entering or leaving establishments. 7. Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas. 8. Keep reports of transactions. 9. Bag, box or wrap packages. 10. Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction. Contract length: 24 months Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Experience:

• Water Sports: 1 year (Preferred)
