Job Description
- IT Clerk br Through your passion and motivation you provides support and supervision of the entire IT requirements of the property including but not limited to computer systems amp networks br What s in it for you br Employee benefit card offering discounted rates in Accor worldwide br Learning programs through our Academies br Opportunity to develop your talent and grow within your property and across the world br Ability to make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility activities like Planet 21 br What you will be doing br Understands the issues involved with administering and maintaining local IT infrastructure including network connectivity internet access email etc br Provide technical assistance in supporting the PMS br Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems br Helps set up and maintain computer stations and software for employees br Assists with basic troubleshooting backup and archiving br Your experience and skills include br Minimum of two years experience in a five star hotel br Degree holder br Ability to focus attention on guest needs remaining calm and courteous at all times br Highly responsible amp reliable br Excellent communication skills both written and verbal required br Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities br Your team and working environment br The pre-opening project consists of 3 famous Accor brands Adagio Novotel and Movenpick hotels which will have a total of 885 rooms All located in Jumeirah Village
