You’ll be working hand in glove with your team, and together you’ll make sure that staff and our guests always have Wi-Fi and electric light, and the oven in the kitchen never goes cold. What you will be doing:
• You’ll be making sure that all the equipment in the building functions all the time and, if it doesn’t, that it’s quickly put right
• You’ll coordinate the servicing and maintenance of all technical devices, and check that all the lights are working during the hotel inspection tour
• You’ll be working in collaboration with the specialist health and safety staff, you’ll ensure that our staff have a safe place to work
• You’ll inspect and perform preventative maintenance on property’s facilities and equipment
• You’ll inspect all areas of the property for safety issues and take immediate corrective action
• You’ll repair, maintain and install work according to departmental procedures
• You’ll ensure the maintenance of control panels
• You’ll trouble shoot control circuits
• You’ll be able to install wiring, conducting / trunking, wiring accessories
• You’ll ensure the maintenance of Chillers, Freezers, split units, AHU, fan coils, cold rooms
