- Complete requests in timely accurate efficient and knowledgeable manner br Maintenance of Chillers Freezers split units AHU fan coils cold rooms br Preventive Maintenance of refrigeration system br Preventive maintenance for all kitchen equipment s pumps air conditioning to be carried out br Assist guests regarding property facilities in an informative and helpful way br Your experience and skills include br Relevant building maintenance experience is an asset br Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities br Highly responsible amp reliable br br
