Job Description
Conduct brief presentation on the company, businesses and products.
Talk to customers, find out what they are looking for by asking open ended questions.
Propose a particular product according to the customer s needs.
Highlight and demonstrate specific benefits by stressing on related features of the product.
Arrange site visits .
Negotiate sales deals.
Explain finance options and special offers.
Processing orders.
Perform after sales service to facilitate everything for the client, and assure total satisfaction.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
Real estate development experience is a MUST.
0 TO 2 Years of experience. (Fresh Graduates)
Excellent English language skills.
