Assists with travel plans, itineraries and agendas, ensuring documents and logistics are prepared in advance
Liaising and documenting the department’s leave plan and business trips
Ensures supporting documentation is updated, distributed and ready for the department as needed
Draft templates and other required documents for the department
Consolidating presentations and reports as needed
Maintain strong knowledge management and ensure all relevant information is easily accessible by relevant team members.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
With at least 3 year of experience in and Administrative functions
Any Bachelor’s Degree
Strong planning and organizational skills
Detail oriented with high attention to quality
Strong communication skills
Strong computer skills
Ability to interface with employees at all levels.
Full Time
