Ensure Employee Development train/guide/motivate your team members to achieve highest quality and standards are met
Plan and conduct on and off job training on monthly basis in order to achieve service standards and knowledge of staff
Handle all financially related decisions of the outlet. In charge of the cash float, booking transactional deposits, voiding of cash transactions when required
Skills
45 years and below
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
At least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager from a casual/fine dining restaurant
Strong UAE market knowledge in business cycles and trend development
Excellent communication skills in English
