Job Description
- Optometrist examine the eyes and other related parts. They diagnose the problems that their patients are having with their eyes, and they treat these problems as well. Optometrists follow up with their patients’ eye diseases and other disorders. They also follow up with patients with injuries to the eyes. When patients need corrective lenses, optometrists prescribe glasses and contact lenses.
